I periodically look up assholes from school on the circuit clerk's site to keep up-to-date on their rap sheets.

ISABELLE DILLS - THE BELLINGHAM HERALD
BELLINGHAM - A husband and wife were arrested early Monday, May 24, following a fight with police in front of the Horseshoe Café. At 1:55 a.m., an officer responded to the Horseshoe, 113 E. Holly St., for a report of an assault. Loyd Larsen, 32, of Bellingham, allegedly punched his wife in the face and punched another person in the forehead, said Mark Young, spokesman for the Bellingham Police Department. When the officer arrived, he saw Larsen being held down on the ground by another person with about 20 people watching, Young said. Upon seeing the officer, the person let go of Larsen. The officer, who was in full uniform, identified himself and then saw Larsen stand up and punch another man in the face, Young said. After the officer identified himself a second time, Larsen turned toward him and tried to punch him, Young said. The officer dodged the punch, then used a Taser to take Larsen to the ground. At that point, Larsen's wife, Bobbi Larsen, 28, charged at the officer with her fists clenched screaming, "Let him go!" Young said. The officer restrained her and took her to the ground. When Loyd attempted to stand up and pull the Taser wires from his clothing, the officer activated the Taser a second time, Young said. While the officer was trying to regain control of Loyd, Bobbi stood up and tried to rip the wires from her husband's clothing. The officer was able to restrain her a second time. Loyd then stood up and attempted to run away, Young said. Meanwhile, Bobbi broke free and ran after her husband. The officer ran after Loyd and took him to the ground, Young said. A struggle between the two continued until a second officer arrived. During the struggle, the second officer was bitten on the knee by Loyd, Young said. Eventually, the officers were able to get both Larsens under control, handcuffed and into patrol cars. After arriving at the Whatcom County Jail, Bobbi Larsen kicked two corrections officers, Young said. Loyd Larsen was booked into jail for investigation of two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of fourth-degree assault, one count of assault domestic violence and resisting arrest. Bobbi Larsen was booked for investigation of three counts of third-degree assault, one count of rendering criminal assistance and resisting arrest. |

I hear you--that's great fun. The Illinois Department of Corrections (Inmate Search) website is good for finding HS classmates, too. It's incredible how many sex offenders have lived in Thomasboro at some point. We're neck-and-neck with Ludlow for the "Armpit of Champaign County" designation. |
